Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Please activate via .htaccess mode. Then please send me a screenshot of the Help Center tab in the plugin settings.
Best,
Mateusz
Thanks @luissoares,
On the plugin settings page, you have an error message and instructions on what to do.
If the technical support of your hosting recommends changing “Image loading mode” to “Pass Thru”, it means that they do not want to help you. This solution is not optimal. Ask them do what is in the manual, and if they don’t know how, ask the hosting technician to help them. The plugin gives you instructions to follow them, not look for a workaround.
If you encounter any other questions, please, feel free to reach out to me.
I follow the problem because the support tells me to come here to the forum for the problem, ….. What should I do ??
Server configuration error
Requests to images are processed by Nginx server bypassing Apache. Please log in to your hosting control panel, go to management of this website and try to find one of the following settings and disable it if it is active:
- for SiteGround hosting click "Site Tools" button on the websites list -> click "Speed" and "Caching" tab -> find "Nginx Direct Delivery" section
- "Nginx Direct Delivery", "Nginx Caching" or similar in the section related to Speed or Caching
- "Smart static files processing", "Serve static files directly by Nginx" or similar in the section related to Apache and Nginx configuration
In case of problems with finding such settings, please contact your hosting support and send them the following message:
"I would like to disable Nginx Caching (or Nginx Direct Delivery) for static content files like .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif and .webp. These files should have been handled by Apache server instead of Nginx. I need help on this matter."

@luissoares Why is hosting support telling you to come here?
They say experts in this plugin are here
@luissoares The plugin gave you an error message and instructions on what to do. The fact that you see a red error message is not a plugin error. This means that the plugin has detected a configuration error on your server and needs to be corrected.
Good afternoon,
They tell me the servers, that it is NGINX as proxy and that the plugin is configured in position:
Pass Thru (without rewrites in .htaccess files or Nginx configuration)
It would be working if I had the GD option.
What happens is that the "GD" option is not available, I only have the "Remote Server" option.
How can I activate the "GD" option ?????
I thank you for the help.

Hi,
I already understood that if I use the GD version is disabled.
I did this test on another web we have.
I really don’t know how to solve this problem.
Thank you.

Hi @luissoares,
They tell me the servers, that it is NGINX as proxy
Then have them disable the NGINX proxy for static files like JPEG and PNG. This will solve the problem. In the message in the plugin you have just such an instruction.
I already understood that if I use the GD version is disabled.
You must use PHP at least 7.0 and have the GD or Imagick extension installed. The extension must support WebP format. If you have an error saying that the GD or Imagick library is not installed, but you have it installed then they are probably incorrectly configured and do not have WebP support.
An example of the correct server configuration can be found here. The link to your current configuration can be found in the Help Center tab on plugin settings screen.
Note the items marked in red. If the values marked in red do not appear in your case, it means that your server does not meet the technical requirements. Pay attention to the WebP Support value for the GD library and WEBP in the list of supported extensions for the Imagick library.
He server asistance saya:
Te comento que actualmente estás utilizando la versión de php 8.0 en tu web. Y en esta versión de php se cuenta con el módulo GD para erl manejo de las imágenes, esto lo lo puedes en este link: http://luissoares.art/info.html
Así mismo ahora no se ven errores en el servidor con respecto al plugin.
@luissoares The info.html report shows that you have neither Gd nor Imagick installed on your server.
Hi Mateusz,
I comment on server assistance lord tells me that I am currently using the PHP 8.0 version on my web. And in this PHP version already has the GD module.
What comments to me?
Tahnk you
