    Hello,

Our Burst plugin is not recording any data. One message is Due to your server or website configuration it is not possible to track statistics.

Here is a link to a screenshot of Google console showing multiple 500 errors.

Please advise how to correct this.

    Best,

    Michael

Can you copy the debug log from tools, site health, info, copy site information, and paste it here or email it to support(at)burst-statistics.com?

this might give us a hint. If you install the wp debugging plugin first, then visit your site, it should also contain any php errors that might occur.

With the mailed information we have been able to determine that the issue was caused by a fatal error in the theme, when loading the Rest API. Fixed by adding an isset() check on the missing property.
