Hi, today I’ve update the plugin but something goes wrong… here the error code:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /web/htdocs/w-eye.it/home/wp-content/plugins/flowpaper-lite-pdf-flipbook/flowpaper.php on line 18

Can you give me an older version of the plugin so I can re-activate PDF viewer on my website?

Thats odd – it could be that we had a issue with a character in the script although we could not reproduce it. We have re-entered that line to see if this fixes it. Update now and let us know how it went. Feel free to send your installation url to [email protected] and we can have a check

Check if there are any more clues in your log file. What web server are you using ?

We have updated the plug-in again with another fix in this matter. We think it may have come from how certain multi-hosted sites behave. The update should fix the issue, please try updating again

Thanks for the quick replies and updates!
I’ve updated right now the plugin and now the same error is on line 20

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /web/htdocs/w-eye.it/home/wp-content/plugins/flowpaper-lite-pdf-flipbook/flowpaper.php on line 20

The version of wordpress is 4.3 and the version of PHP is 5.2, but all works before the update 1.5
I’ve sent you via e-mail user e password for access to the backend.

I think we nailed it this time. It was related to older versions of PHP. Try updating again and you should be sweet. Let us know right away if still an issue and we’ll check your server directly. Sorry about the hassle 🙂

    Ok,
I have to talk with the hosting guys, meanwhile can you give me an older version of the plugin (1.3 or 1.4) so I can run the flipbook during this time..?

Marking this as solved as we have confirmed this to be fixed from other users please let us know if you’re still experiencing any of those issues after updating
