• Hi,

I’m getting Error 520 on my website that says “The QUIC.cloud server AS-AE-DXB-289 was not able to connect to the site’s origin server.” My website is hosted on hostinger and for CDN purposes I used quic.cloud. Now when I try opening my website this error pops up. I can not even logged into my wp-admin panel. Idk how to solve this error.

Someone please help me figure out how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks.

Your “origin server” (hosting) provider is Hostinger.

If your CDN is unable to connect to your origin/hosting server, this is not related to your website builder software (WordPress). You’ll need to work it out between your CDN and hosting providers.

Thank you for your reply. However, that’s exactly what I’m unsure about-how to work it out between the two? Hostinger and Quic.cloud. When I check Quic.cloud summary, all things seem perfect: CDN in Use, DNS Verified, SSL Certificate is Valid.

I think the problem lies with Hostinger. I’m using Quic.cloud nameservers, but it shows an error in managing DNS records that says, “Your domain is not pointing to Hostinger. To manage DNS records, change your nameservers to Hostinger’s.” I don’t know how to solve this error.

Could you please provide step-by-step guidelines that I can follow?

    Thanks.

    Thanks

The issue has been resolved. The problem was that Hostinger’s server IP address was not pointing to the CDN provider (Quic.cloud in my case). I resolved it by changing the A records in Quic.cloud’s DNS zone management to Hostinger’s IP address.
