Error 500 – While importing Starter Site

    When importing free starter sites, WordPress throws a 500 error and cancels the import. Why is this an error and how can I fix it

    I did everything according to the rules, installed all the necessary plugins “Spice Starter Sites” and “One Click Demo Import”. etc.
    but still it doesn’t work and gives 500 error when I click import button

    No error description no details only error status 500

    I have test at our end, The starter sites are importing at our end.
    Kindly let me know which starter site you are importing .
    Pls clear your browser cache and and also reset your wordpress database then try.

    I tried everything but couldn’t install the starter page and in the end I just made it myself
