Hi @vidma,
Thanks for the report.
A 403 error while saving Elementor templates is typically triggered by a server-side security rule (WAF / ModSecurity / hosting firewall), rather than a direct compatibility issue with Elementor itself. Instead of deactivating the plugin, can you turn off the caching and see if it makes any difference?
Also, could you please check your server or firewall logs at the time the 403 occurs and see if any rule is being triggered? Those logs usually point to the exact reason for the block.

Yes, as I mentioned in my message, you do not need to deactivate the plugin to solve the problem. I enough to disable the option Page Cache (turn off the caching).
Can’t find any log related to 403 error.
Could you please export your current configuration and send it to [email protected]?
I wasn’t able to reproduce the same issue with Elementor on my end, and without any related logs it’s difficult to see what might be causing the 403 error.
Hi @vidma,
Thanks for sharing the configuration. It looks like the problem is caused by the async cache purging functionality. There’s an issue with the background processing library, and it will be fixed in the next version.
Thanks!
@vidma please update to 3.7.2 and let me know if the problem persists. Marking this as resolved for now.
