Hello,
Today I’ve realised that when trying to comment on a post on my site, after clickng submit button, an error occur to my site:
It directs to wp-comments-post.php and shows:
“The page [my domain] isn’t working
[my domain] hasn’t sent any data
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”
I installed wp one month ago and checked comments at that moment and it worked ok.
After that, I’ve been configuring site choosing a theme, checking plugins,… and so on… but today, I wanted to re-check all again and I ‘ve realised the problem when commenting a post.
– First of all, I’ ve deacitvated all plugins and the problem persists.
– Then, I’ve gone to WP admin desktop > upgrades > and reinstaled again version 4.5.2 because I thought that maybe some file were corrpted, but the problem continues.
– Then, Ifound one user in this forum asking the same at this post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/err_empty_response-unable-to-comment?replies=4
– I tried the solutions written there,
— Deactivating all plugins and changing to default theme
— Resetting plugins through phpmyadmin (even active_plugins row was a:0:{} already)
— Resetting plugins through FTP, changing folder name and accessing to /wp-admin/plugins.php
but it continues going wrong.
Please, could you help me with this problem?
Thanks in advance.
