Encoding Issue

Hello!
I am writing to report a recurring bug regarding the character encoding in the llms.txt file. This issue is identical to the one previously highlighted by another user several months ago.

Bug Analysis

• Attribute: Character Rendering (Special Characters)
• Detected Value: Incorrect (Encoding mismatch)

Evidence of the Issue

The file currently fails to render Italian accented characters correctly, as shown in the following examples:

• Mobilità instead of Mobilità
• è instead of è
• perché instead of perché
• ì instead of ì

Data Conclusion: The systematic presence of these character sequences (such as Ã) confirms that the UTF-8 encoded file is being incorrectly interpreted through a legacy character set (like ISO-8859-1).
