    Hi,

    1. How can I enable the table of contents to show expanded for a particular post/page when the default is to start hidden?

    2. Also, is there a way to use hide/show text instead of that little icon?

    3. Is it possible to use a shortcode to show in a different location for a partictular post/page?

    Sorry, this is not possible.

    Sorry, this too is not possible … unless you edit the PHP, CSS and JS code of the plugin.

    Yes, enabled the TOC to be inserted as normal, then put [ez-toc] where you wish to have it inserted.

    Looking for this function too. Hopefully can use a shortcode in future version.
