Empty tracking code in the command metabox

    Hello,

    Is the tracking code automatically added to the metabox of the command?
    The field also remains empty on the Colissimo package management table.

    So you have to enter it manually?
    I have also set the automatic mode (Web Service) number of contract and Password for Colissimo flexibility. But I have nothing better.

    Le code suivi s’ajoute-t-il à automatiquement à la métabox de la commande ?
    Le champ reste aussi vide au niveau du tableau de gestion des colis Colissimo.

    Il faut donc le saisir manuellement ?
    J’ai en parallèle mis le mode automatique (Web Service) Numéro de contra et Mot de passe pour Colissimo flexibilité. Mais je n’ai rien de mieux.

    Hello,
    The tracking code is automatically added to the order Colissimo Metabox by taking it back from the gateway.
    The tracking code of a parcel in the gateway is entered 1) manually or 2) automatically when the automatic WS mode is activated.

    Le code suivi s’ajoute automatiquement à la Metabox de la commande en le reprenant depuis la passerelle.
    Quand à lui, le code suivi d’un colis dans la passerelle est renseigné, soit manuellement, soit automatiquement quand on active le mode WS automatique.

    Je vous remercie pour votre réponse. Désolé pour ma réponse tardive.

    Ça ne fonctionne pas en mode automatique.
    Mon client (via technicien Colissimo) ne me donne que ses identifiants de connexion à la plateforme Pro : https://www.colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr

    Pouvez-vous me confirmer qu’il faut bien le Numéro de contrat du Web Service et son mot de passe associé (et non les simples accès à la plateforme) ?

    Autre question, comment peux-t-on savoir si le mode Collissimo auto est bien connecté au web service ? Il n’y a pas de message d’erreur quand la connexion est en échec ?
