    Hi Feedzy!

You have a great plugin and works perfectly.

But sorry, I need your help.
This is not a plug-in error, but you do have the expertise!

Feed import works fine on my little home server or on the local-host, but not on the live webpage.

Several feeds, but not all, have the error message on the live-page: “Feed has no items”
An exact copy of this live-page on the local-host and on my home-server, works perfectly and faultless.

The live-webpage is on a shared hosting provider, so I don’t have access to the server.

    Do you have any suggestion?

    Thanks for the effort.

@rovanov we cannot tell much without the error logs. Can you ask your provider to help you resolve this or at least share the PHP error logs (they can be anywhere; depends on how the provider has configured this)?

I’m glad you are happy with the plugin. It would be great if you could leave us a review. It would really help us spread the word!

Thank you very much for the quick response.

The curious thing is that I use multiple feed-retriever, all showing the same symptoms. I do think I should check with the provider.
As I said, local works everything just fine. I’ll let you know when I find the solution.
    Thank you again,

    Hi,

    Thanks for asking.
No, I assumed it was a problem at the server. Then I chose the hard method and today I placed the website at a slightly better hosting company.

All of the feed plugins work perfectly. Could it have been the computing power? I mean cpu and ram?

    Thanks!
    Greetings.

@rovanov Probably not computing power but it may have been some other configuration at the hosting provider. Glad you were able to resolve this.

Since you are obviously happy with our product, kindly spare a moment to leave us a review. It would really help us spread the word!
