Empty "error:" message on saving (and it doesn't save)

On saving a file, I get a popup with an errormessage just saying:
“error:”
Nothing more, nothing less.
When I click OK the file is not saved.
I tried deleting a couple of lines, some more lines and the whole file. But it still gives me the error message.So my guess that something is corrupt, I just don’t know what.
I have another file that is saving ok, so I am really lost what to do and where to check.
