    Hey @keepsafecare Merry Christmas,

We also checked this from our end. This is expected behavior. PowerPoint does not fully render embedded custom fonts in preview/online mode.

The preview appears the same way as it does on your website. Once the file is downloaded and opened locally, the embedded fonts (AileronBlack and AileronBold) render correctly.

So there’s no issue with the fonts themselves — it’s a limitation of PowerPoint’s preview rendering.

Thank you Tanin for the well-wishes and the same to you. One more question: How do you prevent downloads with this plugin? Do I need another plugin, or is there a toggle somewhere?

    Warmly, Jeffrey

    Dear Jeffrey,

Thank you for your kind message, and warm wishes to you as well.

Yes, there is an option available to prevent downloads when using the Microsoft Online Viewer—no additional plugin is required.

In the plugin settings, please enable the option called “Remove Download Button From Viewer.” Once this option is turned on, the fullscreen feature will be disabled, which effectively prevents the document download functionality provided by the viewer.

Thank you for using our plugin. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance—we’re always happy to help.

    Best regards,
