Embed PDF

Good Morning,
I’m playing around with the free version of your plugin….seems great.
I have two questions:

I PDF embed plugin installed and I was wondering if there is a way to embed a pdf file from the frontend, like i do when I create a new post from wordpress.

How can I insert my ACF on the frontend in order to use them whe I create a new post?
