Emails blocked by “Your account is being verified”

    I have 2 email campaigns for a non-profit with ridiculously small subscriber lists (150 and 50), that must ABSOLUTELY BE SENT BY THE 1st SEPTEMBER, which are being blocked for 36 hours now, with the message “your account is being verified”.

    I’ve had an account for more than 5 years now for 2 different non-profit associations, and suddenly when I try to change to the mailpoet sending method for one of the 2, I get this blockage which prevents anything to be sent by any method (I tried switching back to my provider’s SMTP, to no avail).

    This is incredibly frustrating, isn’t there any way around this ? Why a sudden “account review” after 5 years of small campaigns without any glitch.

    As I said, I absolutely need to send this stuff today, Saturday sept 1st 2025, and it looks like it won’t happen…
