    All settings double checked. All info is below except our Gmail client secret. Isn’t everything set up correctly in the plugin?
    From Email
    [email protected]
    Gmail doesn’t allow to override From Email. Emails will be sent using the email address you used to setup the connection.________________________________________

    Hi Mitch,

    I apologize for any trouble. If your settings are all correct, the email might be rejected by the server when it was sent or sent it but then some issue prevented it from being delivered to the recipient correctly etc.

    When you get a chance, could you please share the details of the errors that display after sending a test email? In case it helps, here’s a screenshot for the quick reference.

    This will help us to get a better idea of what might be going on.

    The way we got it to work was to void the connection and then to recopy and paste our google id & secret into the plugin set up. Then the test email worked. Thanks!
