    Hello,

    I am developing a website using Elementor Pro Forms + Fluent SMTP configured to send emails via a Microsoft Authentification.

    Before the last update (2.2.0) everything was working fine, but now whenever I try to send an email via a form it displays an error. I have to go into the Fluent SMTP panel, resend that email manually and then I am able to use the form again.

    You’ll find below the “technical information” section provided by your plugin.

    {
      "code": 423,
      "message": "CompactToken parsing failed with error code: 80049217",
      "errors": [
        "CompactToken parsing failed with error code: 80049217"
      ]
    }

    From our researches, it seems like everything on Microsoft side is configured + running correctly, is that a known issue of Fluent SMTP latest update ?

    Best regards.

    Hello There,

    The error CompactToken parsing error comes up when the API key and Secret key mismatch. Could you please delete the API key and Secret Key from the Fluent SMTP and Azure Portal, regenerate them, and add them to Fluent SMTP again? You need to repeat the process if you got the error again. The issue is occurring from Outlook, there isn’t much we can do from our end.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you.
