Email not sending

I have enabled admin email notifications (https://prnt.sc/-IWCzjs1Zqyr
) and assigned different email addresses based on requirements, but the emails are not being sent.

I have also configured SMTP, and it works correctly for sending emails to the site admin, customer order notifications, and vendor emails. However, the issue is that emails are not being delivered to the email addresses entered in the email settings fields (https://prnt.sc/W_zwFXovUfhy
).
