Email not sending

Hello

I’ve setup the plugin in a clean wordpress site with Storefront, with just 3 plugins:
– turboSMTP
– woocommerce
– trustpilot plugin

In theory the plugin should send the email once the order status changes to completed, but it doesn’t work.

Any suggestion?
