Email issues

The email template is at english and I need the emails in spanish, do I need to translate with Loco Translate or changing directly the emails on Tutor LMS Pro > Config > Email?
If the answer is change directly the email on Tutor LMS Pro > Config > Email so is impossible to make the website send email for more than one language? because changing directly on Email tab will change for every email sent.
