Hi, I got a similar essue to one user experienced few months ago Started by user dux1.

It seens like I have configuered the email notification correctly, but I still dont get any email notification. Is there any additional email configuration I need to do anywhere in WOrldpress to make this work?

Hi @trujillo1980 ,

If you are having issues receiving emails, it might be due to a problem with your server host. Since VForm sends emails using PHP, your server must support or provide PHP email functionality for emails to be sent successfully.

However, don’t worry! You can also configure your own SMTP or test your email setup using the WP Mail SMTP plugin by WPForms: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

First, ensure you receive a successful test email from this plugin. Then, check VForm again—it should send emails without any issues.

Everything seens to be propertly configured on WP Mail SMTP plugin and Brevo email provider.

Not sure what is going on. I will reachout via email for help.

Brevo email provider was the issue. I contact them and we got it solved.
