    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for your plugin.

I am using it in France and the date format that is sent by email is like american.
Is there a way I can change it for something like Day/Month/Year instead of Year/Month/Day? I don’t see any settings.

Also in the email, the terms To, From and Delivery method (and the name of the method, downloaded or sent to recipient) are not translated while they are correctly translated in the gift card page.

I used locotranslate to translate or check if it was translated and all are translated and synchronized but no effect on the email sent to the buyer with his order.

I think the delivery method is not a necessary information, it could even been removed though.

    Could you help me please?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

Below is the reply to your queries-
Currently you cannot change the date format in free plugin we have this feature in pro plugin.

You can translate all the using the loco translate plugin if that is not working for you then we provide .po and .mo file using that you can translate the strings.

    Hi guys,

    Thanks for your quick answer.

“Currently you cannot change the date format in free plugin we have this feature in pro plugin.”
=> It’s very surprising to have to take a paying plugin just to have a date in the right format.
Because of that I think I will then have to use another plugin like, I can let my client having an expiry date they won’t understand!
Why don’t you write it in big in the description of the plugin that the expiry date can only be the american format unless you buy the premium version?! I will add a review about that then.
I guess I will use the plugin PW WooCommerce Gift Cards as they don’t force us to buy it to get an expiry date that the clients can understand…
