Email doesn’t scroll in Mac Mail App

    This is so bizarre but the abandoned cart email works perfectly in Gmail but when it’s opened on a Mac in the Mail app, it doesn’t let you scroll down the email. Has anyone ever experienced this?

    I’m using the same template as my order emails. My order emails work perfectly and will let you scroll so this is something to do with this plugin.

    Hi @changemarket,

    This is not a known issue. None of our clients have reported such a problem yet.

    We will need to check this on the Mac system by setting up the Mail app there. My colleague has a Mac laptop but we are working from home currently due to the lockdown here in India. We will forward this to our development team and look into this problem later. We will get back to you with an update once we have checked it. I hope that is fine.
