Hi. Messages we’re trying to send are being blocked due to the email address being wrong. When I enter an address such as [email protected], it gets changed to [email protected] and then complains that the domain doesn’t exist. Some people use the “+” feature in their email addresses, is this not allowed?

The “+” symbols are allowed in the emails. Most likely, this is the cache issue. Please cleare the site’s cache and try again.
