`em_maps_location_hook()` is not called

In the JS function em_maps_load_location(), infoWindow is not defined, so it bails at the call to triggerHandler('em_maps_location_hook' ...) (and then doesn’t set up the resize listener either).

On your demo site you can also see the error in the console log: “Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: infoWindow is not defined” along with another error ‘TypeError: can’t access property “countryContainer”, iti.ui is undefined’.

I’m looking to update PHP on a server to a non-EOL version, which in turn requires updating various components.

This bug is now a blocking issue. I hope you can fix it soon.
