Elementor section editor bug

Hello.
I’m editing a section and while clicking the upper tabs (to switch between design and custom etc..) the page refreshes by itself and goes out from context.

I noticed the when there is a parameter after the link like “action=elementor” it works fine, but sometimes this param is missing.

In my organization (Haוfa university) it occurs to several users. Is it a known bug? How can I fix it?
