After the new update Elementor is crashing my website. When I deactivate the plugin the website is working. When I activate it I have 500 Error.
All elements were created by elementor so my website is not usable now. I need urgent help please.

Note: I am taking it to under construction mode. I dont want my visitors to see the website in this way. If you want to examine the error please send me mail.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have the same problem – using theme is “Samadhi”. In my case it helps to update a addon-plugin that came with the theme. Try to deaktivate one plugin after another to find out whitch is causing the error…

Elementor is causing the error. I have deactivated it and it works. But all elements are created with elementor and without it website is not working good.

Is there a way to change to previous version of elementor?

    Hi,
Could you please send me a screenshot of the issue?

Unfortunately I have rolled back the elementor version to make website run. Thats why I cant send the screenshot. But here is the error code :
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

Hm, in meinem Fall war es auch nach dem elementor-Update, aber es war ein Konflikt mit einem anderen Plugin. elementor war nicht Schuld.

Welche Plugin war es? Vielleicht ist es gleiche bei mir.

    Hi,
Could you please send us a part of the system info or PHP Error logs/WP debug logs?

I have the same problem. I am on Elementor Pro and it’s a disaster with the Error 500 coming up all the time. Can Elementor not simply fix the problem with a general update since many people have this problem? Or alternatively, pleaaaaaaaase tell me how to get rid of the error!
