Effects of deactivating plugin

    Sorry, if this is obvious to everyone else, but I’m curious what happens if I deactivate/delete the plugin. Is the GA code then removed from my site, or can I still use it for accessing Google Search Console data from a different plugin (RankMath)?

    It’s a great question. Basically here is how it works:

    1. When the plugin is active, it adds the required tracking code for GA
    2. When the plugin is not active, it does nothing at all
