ee_ut_cron failing

    I noticed in scheduled actions that ee_ut_cron was failing every time. It had created over 150,000 failed actions. Which seems odd seeing as it runs every 3 days.

    Nothing in my logs about why it might have failed.

    Any help would be appreciated to point me in the right direction to find out what the problem might be.
