Editor is Flaky

First of all, the text in the wiki editor is white!. How do you expect authors to see what they’re typing? There doesn’t seem to be any formatting controls in the editor, either, to add styles like bold. The editor is stuck on the Visual tab, but HTML tags appear (once you highlight the text so you can see it). This is on a brand new install of WP 3.8.1 with no other plugins, and using the Twenty Twelve theme as recommended, so I’m guessing that there’s some big incompatibility between this plugin and the latest WP, because I can’t believe anyone would find this usable.
