In order to answer your question, we would need to see your website. Can you please provide a link to it?
If you don’t want to provide the link, we would need more information about your project. For example, which version of WordPress you are using, which theme and which plugins. A screenshot of the text you mentioned would also be helpful, see: https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/block-editor/#adding-screenshots

wordpress version is 6.8.2. Theme is Astra. I have not installed any plugins yet. Only the default like woocommerce, woopayment, wpforms, spectra, google sitekit, litespeed cache, variation swatch and starter template.

You are using Starter Templates, which is a plugin for the Astra theme you are using. This plugin comes with its own templates that are integrated into Astra. Are you using one of these templates? If so, I would recommend contacting Starter Templates support: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/astra-sites/

thank you. But whats the normal process anyway. maybe i can try it out.
Your goal is to change a text in the frontend of your website. There is no “normal” process for this. It depends on which component (plugin, theme, WordPress Core, etc.) provides the text and how. In the best case, the text is in a language file, but it can also be hard-coded in the template. Therefore, no one here in the general support forum can tell you where to change this specific text because we still don’t know what component does it output. You need to contact the support forum of Starter Templates mentioned above.
