    Dear i don’t give the agents edit and delete leads rights and he/she can’t export leads in excel
    And Auto Assign number of leads
    like example
    i have 50 leads of Africa
    i want to divide equal to 5 agents auto 10 leads each agent

    can i manage rights in upicrm

    If i waant add reminder on one lead
    like customer tell me call tomorrow i set reminder and next day system remind me call him call back

    Hello,
    as for your first question – you can do that with UPICRM… just use auto lead management and choose Round Robin for leads distribution… the leads will be equally sent to your team members

    as for reminders – alas… not yet implemented… 🙁
