dynamically fill email recipient per post

I’m trying to include a contact form in a number of posts which are different business listings – I wish to dynamically prefill the email recipient depending upon the post/listing’s contact info.

This is a nice plugin, but I’m as yet quite unfamiliar with it.

Can some kind person offer me some pointers how I might achieve this?
