Hi there

We use Elementor and a template to produce the configurator. Within the template, we use Elementor shortcode widget to produce a dynamic shortcode (Post Id being the dynamic bit) and putting the correct shortcode before and after the dynamic tag

It works for this page:
https://www.discoversalkan.com/product/the-backpacker-custom/

But not for this page:
https://www.discoversalkan.com/product/the-mainpack/

Hi Tom,

At the moment the shortcode only works with simple plugins and individual variations.

The product page appears to be a variable product, which is why the configurator isn’t showing anything.

This is due to the fact that some variations might not be configurable, so a variation has to be selected in order to know if the configurator can be loaded or not.
