Dynamic dates in tablepress or text

Hi!
I need a function on my website, where the visitors could enter a date i.e. dd/mm/yy. Based on that entry I would like to be able to present new dynamic dates i.e
input value + 30 days,
input value + 90 days,
input value + 180 days and so on.

Can I use dynamic date for that?
