Duplicated Elementor Page loses its CSS

The issue reported at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/style-settings-missing-when-duplicating-elementor-pages-after-recent-update/ is still a problem. Latest versions of WP, Elementor, this plugin.

Issue: Duplicate an Elementor page or post. View it without editing, and the CSS necessary to render the page properly is missing. If you edit the page in Elementor and do a save, then the CSS is restored.

I checked with Elementor Support and they say they can replicate this issue, but using a different page duplication plugin from Happy Addons, this does not happen, so they point the blame at this plugin.

If you could fix this that would be great, but also take a look at how to duplicate Elementor Templates, too, as those do not get properly duplicated.
