    If the star rating is a dropdown, it means that the Site Reviews javascript is not loading (or something else is causing a javascript error on your website before the Site Reviews javascript can load).

    Check any mobile-specific settings in any caching or optimising plugins you may be using. (Also try the “Basic Troubleshooting Steps” section on the Help page).
