Draft post disappears from Visual Editor

    Hi!
    I have an unpublished blogpost. I started it a couple weeks back, then came back yesterday.
    I opened the post using the Visual Editor, the post appears for a couple of seconds, then disappears.
    Scrolling up or down doesn’t help.

    Going to the Code Editor, I can see the post but it’s not so easy for me to add images in the code editor.

    I updated all my plugins, it didn’t help.
    In a previous post someone suggested to switch off all plugins and also to check for any JavaScript errors.
    I haven’t switched all plugins off to test if it will help since I’m not experienced enough to know if it’s going to break something on my site.
    I also don’t know where to look for JavaScript errors should there be any.
    Any advice, please?

    One suggestion would be to start by updating the Neve theme you’re using. You’re currently using version 4.2.2, which is 6 months old. The latest version is 4.2.4. This might solve the problem, since you’ve already updated to WordPress 7.0 and there may be incompatibilities in the editor with the older version of the theme you’re currently using.

    Thanks for the response. I updated to Neve 4.2.4 and now my post is not disappearing anymore.

    I didn’t expect to have a solution this fast. Thank you sooooo much!

    How and where did you see that I’m on Neve 4.2.2, please? I would like to learn this.

    Great that it worked out 🙂 I can see that in the website’s source code; you can see the version of most of the libraries used there.
