• Hello,

{download_url} is broken and doesn’t contain the delimiter “:” between the protocol and “//”. So, it generates https// instead of https://

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

The download URL is created using the built-in WordPress home_url() function. If this function no longer returns a correct URL, another plugin may have modified its behavior. Another possibility is that another plugin is modifying the email content or the URLs within it. To determine which plugin is causing this issue, you could disable each plugin one by one and see if the issue has been resolved.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your quick response. I reproduced the case so it works when I paste the text as {download_url} in editor, and doesn’t work if I select the text in editor, click a link button in editor and paste {download_url} there, see screenshot https://prnt.sc/Axm40NXMCb0H

    Best regards,
