Downaload manager freezes

good evening, i have been having this problem in the last few days with the plugin, every time i try to add a new file with the plugin and i choose in which section i want it uploaded it freezes, and i am forced to close and reload the page, i have to upload an important file due to the 15th of september, i tried everything but it doesn’t seem to work no matter what do i do.
i can put here the error that is shown in the logs.
Pls help me i need this to work asap.
