Double opt-in landing in spam

    I have installed MailPoet in Divi Builder, and my domain (sender) has been verified. I am using the Divi E-Mail Opt-in sign-up form, and connected my MailPoet account list.

    When I test the sign-up form with a normal email address, the double opt-in email to confirm subscription goes to spam.
    When I test with a gmail address, the double opt-in email goes to the inbox.
    I have tested sending an email-newsletter (preview) and it works.
    It’s the double opt-in confirmation e-mails sent from MailPoet that land in Spam.

    Any suggestions in the Forum about settings to avoid this?

    Can you kindly clarify what you mean by a “normal email address”? Are you testing with a non-Gmail provider like Outlook, Yahoo, or a custom domain email? Knowing which email clients you’re testing with will help us better understand the issue.

    This is just an update: I double checked the DMARC / DKIM settings on the hosting account and that’s where the problem was. Now it all works.
