Doesn’t work

It doesn’t work. The admin interface is nice, but I can’t get it to send email to the customer who opened a ticket, and I can’t get the customer-facing UI to work. It displays the form to create a ticket, but once the ticket is created, if you try to find that ticket, it’s nowhere to be found.
I can’t add an agent. Email piping doesn’t work. I can’t edit the administrator’s email to check to see if THAT is the problem.
I reverted to the WordPress default theme, in an effort to see it the theme was a problem. STILL doesn’t work. I give up. On to the next option…
