Don't Hide the Menu?

I have a feature idea that would be kind of nice to have. Would it be possible for the preloader to only hide the content body, and not hide the navigation menu? The menu usually loads instantly, so it doesn’t necessarily need to be hidden, and it always being visible would help reduce the rapid visual changes that the plugin causes.
