I write to you before, maybe I write at the wrong place. could you summarize the problem? what are the steps to replicate, what is the expected result and what you see instead?

I will need this when submitting the ticket to their issue tracker

When I first used your plugin it worked perfectly. The problem started when I get the other plugin, it doesn’t show the lowest price anymore. I change the price in one place, instead of doing it in every product. The lowest price only displayed when you change the price on each product.

could you provide the steps in the form like that:

– I install other plugin (here please provide the name of the other plugin)
– I create a product with settings (here please provide all the options you set different than default ones)
– I do next…
– I expect to see…
– Instead, I am seing…

I am sorry but I still cannot cope what the problem is (:

- – I install other plugin Acowebs Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing
- – I don’t think it’s the settings but i click this:
- Display minimal price on/for: Single product page
- Display minimal price when:Only when product is On sale
- Display minimal price when:Day before product went on sale (excludes promotional price)
- Number of days to use when counting minimal price:30 days
- Minimal price text: Lägsta pris senaste 30 dagarna: {price}
- What to do when price history is older than 30 days:Hide minimal price
- With the products that i doing extraprices directly in the products settings your plugin display the history price, you can see it here: https://stallvran.se/product/julgranskulor/
- But with the products i doing extraprices in the other plugin, Acowebs Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing, there’s no history price, you can see it here: https://stallvran.se/product/vintertacke-jhl/

Hello, I submitted the ticket to this other plugin authors but they seems to not be willing to cooperate. I didnt get any reply from them.
