    Downloaded the free plugin to try it on our site. Doesn’t show any form submissions after making several test submissions.

    Hi @dreamingat30fps,

    Can you please check the version of the Divi theme on your website.

    The plugin Divi Contact Form DB relies on a Hook inside the Divi theme. The Hook was added to the Divi theme in Divi version 4.13.1 so it will not work if you are using an older version of the theme.

    If you are already on a newer version then can you please share a link to a page with a contact form on your website?

    This was the issue. Updating the theme fixed it. Thanks!
