    Hello @mrbogdan,

    Thanks for your message.

    1. See the plugin FAQ for information on how to check if a plugin is working properly. More specifically in the question “How to check if plugin works?”. Your screenshots are not working for me, I cannot view them.

    2. Converting images is done using my server, but the converted images are saved on your server.

    Best,
    Mateusz

    1. https://logoped-36.ru/kontakty/ It is strange that screenshots do not open. Here is a link, for example, to the contacts page, there are 2 images of buildings. I did everything as in your FAQ image anyway оpg and png.

@mrbogdan From what I can see you are using the WebP Express plugin. I am not able to help in this matter.

I’m sorry. You haven’t answered for a while and I tested another plugin. Yours has now been returned. We get an interesting pattern.

On the main page of Googlespeed shows that there are no webp images, but for example, there are contacts on the page.

At the same time, webp images are not displayed on the contacts page as described in your faq

pagespeed somehow selectively shows what is a webp and what is not, maybe your plugin is not able to optimize their images inside elementor blocks?

@mrbogdan Using the default via .htaccess mode all images can be displayed in WebP.

Happened now by changing the setting to Pass Thru.

As I understand it, this means that I have problems on the server once in a while – .htaccess didn’t it work?

@mrbogdan The via .htaccess method should work fine all the time. However, you are using a different plugin now, so it’s hard to help you. I do not see a problem.
