Does not work

Followed the tutorial to the T and used their own template and it doesn’t appear to work. I have tried with both the Elementor Nav element and WordPress Nav element and no dropdown shows up. I looked in devtools and it looks like nothing is being loaded at all, no divs or anything under the navigation link. If there is another step required to make this work then they might want to update the tutorial on youtube.
