Does not insert GA code into header

I’ve got everything configured after installing the plugin, and it seems to be by far the best reporting plugin around. HOWEVER, the only glitch is the GA code is not being included in the header. Can’t for the life of me see why.

My best option is to use another method to insert the code and turn off Better Google Analytics insertion method.
