    If you have such ads that should work just fine.
    Most people like to stick the javascript code in the footer of your site so it doesn’t disturb the websites loading.

    I’m asking if your plugin can create Sticky ADS.

    And how about Google AD Manager?

    If you mean if AdRotate (pro) has templates for it, then no.
    But as I mentioned, if you have code for such ads then yes. You can place them with AdRotate (Pro).

    Ad manager should work fine, just copy their code in the AdCode field and it should work.
