Docs for the grid system

“..it also features a responsive layout, flexible, nestable grid system ..”
and
“Every Storefront element has been meticulously placed upon a flexible and robust CSS grid.”
Is this grid system documented somewhere?
Looked in https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/themes/storefront/ but coud not find anything.

You can find the Grid System in the SCSS File Here. It starts on line 204.
I don’t like styling Tables. So, I’ve set up the Bootstrap Columns just so I have some intuitive layout control for my non-shop/product/woo related pages.
I’m almost ready to strip out woo-commerce styling and migrate away from Storefront. They turn what should be basic css edits into a nightmare.
